We can prepare method statements and lifting plans in line with the main contractor’s site requirements. The sequence our crews follow on site, from the base check to handover, is set out in How we erect it.

Safety & health policy
It is the policy of this company to strive for a safe and healthy workplace for all its employees. Injury and illness losses from incidents are costly and, in most cases, preventable. Management is committed to preventing workplace incidents and supports the safety programme at the highest level; supervisors train workers in safe work practices and lead by example; a safety committee of employer and employee representatives identifies hazards and recommends improvements; and every employee is expected to report hazards immediately and wear the required PPE.
Quality policy
“Quality is crucial to all our working practices. It is crucial to the success of our business and our long-term sustainability and profitability.”
- Customers — efficient service and high-quality work that meets or exceeds their needs.
- Employees — treated with dignity, trained for their role, in a cooperative place of work.
- Leadership — management leads the development and upkeep of the quality system and provides the resources to achieve it.
- Continuous improvement — rigorous application of the standards of the local municipality, consultants and main contractors.
- Evidence-based decisions — we measure our processes to fix issues and improve.
- Environment — we prevent pollution and minimise waste of material, electricity and resources on and off site.
