Panther Steel Constructions Contracting LLC is a specialised steel erection contractor with extensive experience in PEB and hot-rolled steel structures. The company was established in Dubai in 2016 by a founder who has erected steel in the UAE since 1979, and it is run by the same family today.
Our site supervisors have each spent more than twenty years erecting steel in the UAE, and our crews handle erection, decking and cladding together, so one experienced team carries the building from first column to finished envelope. We work for end clients, main contractors and the leading PEB suppliers in the UAE.
Since 2016 we have erected more than 100 steel buildings across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi — from single warehouses to multi-block industrial complexes, a five-storey spray tower, retail centres and airport facilities.

Leadership
Syed Fiaz — Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Fiaz founded Panther Steel Constructions in 2016 and leads the company’s commercial direction, client relationships and resourcing. He has worked in the steel construction industry since 1979, and more than four decades of hands-on experience in the UAE form the backbone of the company’s erection methods and site practices.
Syed Muzamil — Projects & Operations Manager
Muzamil has been with Panther since its inception in 2016 and leads projects, estimating, tendering and client relations. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, is a registered engineer with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees, and holds the IOSH Managing Safely certificate.

Site supervision
Our works are led by experienced PSC site supervisors, with regular visits from the Projects Manager during erection and attendance at client and consultant inspections. We work to the main contractor’s site rules and our own Safety & Health Policy.
